Heavy-duty frameworks are combined with bespoke inserts to ensure the secure movement and storage of even the most fragile automotive components. Options include textile inserts to protect parts from scratching during transport, or specially designed moulded inserts that keep components held securely in place.

Special Finishes Available

KV Welding can offer electro-plated pallets suitable for applications such as robotic welding, where there could be a risk of paint contamination. The electro-plating not only reduces the possibility of contamination damage to production machinery but also provides a highly durable surface finish.
